Progressive Office Furniture supplied the workplace furniture and workstation solutions for 24/7’s Melbourne CBD call centre, providing a durable and functional furniture environment designed for continuous 24-hour operation.
The approximately 1,000 m² workplace was configured to accommodate 85 employees, requiring workstation furniture capable of supporting intensive daily use across multiple shifts.
The furniture solution incorporated Ambience workstation systems, bespoke screen materials and integrated soft wiring, together with the associated workplace components required to create functional and technology-ready employee workstations.
Ambience Workstation Systems
The Ambience workstation system formed the core of the employee work areas.
The system provided dedicated work positions throughout the open-plan call centre, creating an efficient and consistent workstation environment across the facility.
For a 24/7 operation, workstation durability was particularly important. The furniture needed to withstand continuous use while maintaining a professional appearance and providing employees with a practical working environment.
